Annual General Meeting 2026
It is soon time for this year’s Annual General Meeting of BRF Silverdalsbacken.
The Annual General Meeting is a great opportunity to meet, get an insight into the work of the housing association, and take part in matters concerning our shared living environment. We hope that many members will join us during the evening.
Before the meeting
The deadline for submitting motions has passed, and the motions received will be addressed during the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may appoint someone else to represent you by means of a written and signed proxy.
Notice and documents
The notice of the meeting will be posted in the stairwells and shown on the association’s information screens. On this page, you can download the annual report, auditor’s report, agenda, and other documents for the meeting.
During the meeting, sandwiches, coffee, and tea will be served. It will also be a nice opportunity to meet both neighbours and board members.
