Bicycle and stroller clean-out in December
On December 4, we will clear out bicycles and strollers from our basements and bike rooms. Please tag your bike by December 3 to make sure it’s not removed.
Brf Silverdalsbacken will carry out a bicycle and stroller clean-out in collaboration with Cykelåtervinning. The purpose is to free up space in our bike rooms, stroller rooms and shared areas, while promoting reuse and recycling of abandoned bicycles.
When will it happen?
The clean-out will take place on Thursday, December 4, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
What do you need to do?
Each resident has received a tag in their mailbox to label their bicycle and stroller.
Write your name and apartment number on the tag for it to be valid.
Old markings are not accepted and will be removed.
Attach the tag so it is clearly visible, for example on the handlebar or luggage rack.
Extra tags are available in a basket inside the bike rooms, in case you have more than one bicycle.
Make sure to label your bicycle or stroller no later than Wednesday, December 3.
All untagged bicycles and accessories will be removed – even if they are locked.
Please note that no compensation will be given for cut locks.
Removed bicycles and accessories will be photographed and stored in Cykelåtervinning’s storage facility for six months. Items that are not collected within this period will be recycled.

If your bicycle has been taken into storage, it can be collected by appointment at Cykelåtervinning’s facility: Maria Prästgårdsgata 14, Södermalm, Stockholm.
