Here you can find practical information in English about the association’s EV charging spaces in the garage.

The association has 12 garage spaces with EV chargers. These spaces are intended for electric cars and plug-in hybrids.

Access and queue

To rent a garage space with EV charging, you must have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid and your own Type 2 charging cable.

Electric cars and plug-in hybrids are given priority for the 12 charging spaces. If all spaces are occupied, a queue is used. When a space becomes available, it is offered to the first person in the queue for a charging space.

Cost and electricity use

Current pricing for garage spaces with EV charging is available on the page Parking spaces.

Electricity use is charged automatically through the monthly invoice from the association’s property manager, MBF. The electricity price is variable and charged afterwards.

RFID tags and responsibility

The parking space holder is responsible for the charging equipment. If you lose your RFID tag, please contact the board so the tag can be blocked. A replacement tag costs 250 SEK.
