Facade renovation will begin at the end of this week
Facade renovation will begin at the end of this week. The work is expected to take around three weeks, and residents with affected patios will be contacted separately.
At the end of this week, facade renovation work will begin in the association. The work is part of the association’s ongoing maintenance and is carried out to take care of our buildings and help prevent future damage.
The renovation is expected to take approximately three weeks. During this period, there may be some noise, movement around the buildings and temporary disturbances near the parts of the facade where work is being carried out.
Residents with patios affected by the work will be contacted separately. This is to make sure the contractor can access the facade properly and carry out the work safely and efficiently.
