Fee adjustments starting January 2026
The board has approved the budget for 2026 and decided on the following changes to monthly fees. The adjustment is based on the updated budget and the long-term financial needs of the association.
Detta gäller från 1 januari 2026:
Monthly housing fees will increase by 3.5%
This helps cover increased operating costs and ensures good financial planning.
Internet and TV fees will be reduced
New cost: 109 SEK/month (previously 254 SEK), thanks to a new agreement with Telia starting December 9, 2025.
Charging fee for EV garage spaces will be lowered to 300 SEK/month
The installation is now fully paid. The new fee covers operations, maintenance and any future repairs.
Parking and garage spaces without charging remain unchanged
We are awaiting further clarification from the Swedish Tax Agency regarding VAT rules before making any changes.
A quick look at the association’s finances
The 2026 budget shows stable cash flow, continued saving, and readiness for upcoming repairs.Interest costs will increase somewhat due to loan refinancing but remain within our planned margins. Major maintenance is planned for 2026, primarily facade plaster repairs.
