Parking queues
Here you can find information in English about the association’s parking queues.
To make sure the information stays correct and up to date, the registration form and current queue lists are published only on the Swedish page.
The association has separate queues for outdoor parking spaces, garage spaces, garage spaces with electric vehicle charging, and MC/moped spaces.
Queue positions are shown using an anonymised number based on the agreement number on your monthly fee notice.
Queue rules for parking spaces
To join the queue for a parking space, you must be a member of the association and have taken possession of your apartment. You can register your interest by submitting the form on this page. Once your application has been received, you will get a confirmation.
When a parking space becomes available, the board contacts the member who is first in line. To make the allocation as fair as possible, apartments without a parking space are given priority over apartments that already have one. Each apartment may rent up to two parking spaces, but a second space can only be offered if no one else is waiting for their first one.
If you are offered a parking space, you have two weeks to accept it. If you decline the offer, or do not reply within two weeks, you will be removed from the queue. If you would like to join again at a later stage, you will need to submit a new application. This helps ensure that the queue reflects an active and current need for parking.
Only one queue position per apartment is allowed. The contact person for the queue position is the member who submitted the application.
Once you have accepted a parking space, the agreement and information about access will be sent to you via MBF, the association’s property manager. For a new agreement, or for a space change requested by the resident, an administrative fee will be charged in accordance with the fee set by the property manager for preparing a new agreement.
