Parking spaces
Here you can find practical information in English about the association’s parking spaces.
Types of parking spaces
The association has 55 garage spaces, including 12 spaces with electric vehicle charging, 2 MC/moped spaces and 20 outdoor parking spaces.
A maximum of two garage or parking spaces may be rented per apartment.
Parking queues
If you would like to join a queue for a parking space, garage space or MC/moped space, please see the Swedish page Parkeringsköer, where you can find the registration form and current queue status.
Prices
Garage space: 857 SEK/month
Garage space with EV charging: 1265 SEK/month, plus electricity use
MC/moped space: 326 SEK/month
Outdoor parking space: 423 SEK/month

EV charging and garage access
The association has installed 12 EV charging spaces in the garage. More information is available on the page Laddplatser för elbilar.
If you need a key or remote control for the garage, please see the page Nycklar och nyckelbrickor.
Notice period
If you want to terminate a parking or garage space agreement, please send a written notice to the board by email. The notice period is three months.
Changing parking space
A member may exchange a parking space with another member if both parties agree. The same applies to garage spaces. The exchange must be approved by the board, and new agreements must be signed.
If you cannot find someone to exchange with, you may instead join the queue for another space.
Important information about the garage
Storage of loose items is not allowed in the garage. Flammable goods must not be stored there.
Washing vehicles in the garage or on streets in the area is not allowed. Please use a designated car wash instead.
If there is a problem
If someone is parked in your parking space without permission, you can contact Aimo Park on 0771-96 90 00.
If you need help with an EV charger, or if you need service or repair, please contact the board.
