Replacement of air filters in apartments on 28 May
On Thursday 28 May from 19:00, the board will replace the air filters by the radiators in the apartments. Please make sure we can access the filters by moving any furniture that may be in the way.
How to prepare for the filter replacement
The air filters are located by the radiators, usually in bedrooms and living rooms. To make the replacement quick and smooth, there needs to be clear access to the radiators where the filters are located.
Please move any furniture that may be blocking access, such as beds, sofas, desks or other larger items. The actual replacement only takes a minute or so when we can easily access the filter.
If you are not able to be at home, you can notify the board in advance and set your door lock to service mode. This allows us to enter and replace the filter.
How to set the lock to service mode
After locking your apartment door, turn the key to the correct position:
10 o’clock = Service mode
12 o’clock = Normal mode
Why do we replace the air filters?
The air filters help capture dust, pollen, exhaust fumes and other particles that may be present in the air. Replacing the filters regularly helps improve air quality and the indoor climate in the apartments.
Clean filters also help the ventilation system work properly. If the filters become too dirty, this can affect the airflow and the performance of the ventilation system.
