Replacement of water meters in the association

In October, Brunata will replace the water meters in all apartments. The work takes about 15–20 minutes per apartment. Here you’ll find the schedule for your building and important information before the visit.

Brunata AB is responsible for the individual measurement of water in our buildings. The current water meters have reached the end of their lifespan and now need to be replaced.

Schedule for meter replacement:
  • Monday, October 13, 9:00–15:30 (Johannesbergsplan 2 och 4)
  • Tuesday, October 14, 8:30–15:30 (Margreteborgsvägen 11 och 13)
  • Wednesday, October 15, 8:30–15:30 (Margreteborgsvägen 17 och 19)
  • Thursday, October 16, 8:30–15:30 (Margreteborgsvägen 21)
  • Friday, October 17, 8:30–15:30 (Johannesbergsplan 10)

The work in each apartment takes approximately 15–20 minutes.

Important before the visit
  • Please make sure the technicians have access to your apartment. If you cannot be at home, you can set the lock in service mode – the technicians will then have access via the service key provided by the board.
  • The water meters are located in the bathroom inside a distribution cabinet (a white panel in the wall). In many cases, this is behind the washing machine or dryer. If possible, move these appliances to make the cabinet easily accessible.
How to set the lock to service mode

After locking the front door, turn the key to the correct position:

10 o’clock = Service mode

12 o’clock = Normal mode

What is a water meter?

A water meter measures how much water is used in your apartment. It ensures that each household pays for its actual consumption. To keep the measurements accurate, the meters need to be replaced at regular intervals. In our association, the water meters are located in the bathroom’s distribution cabinet, behind a white panel in the wall.
