Time for our annual meeting 2024
It is with pleasure that we invite you to this year's annual meeting for the Silverdalsbacken Housing Association.
This is an excellent opportunity for all of us to meet and get to know each other. We encourage all members to attend and participate in the discussions.
Important things to consider before the meeting
Prepare any questions well in advance. The deadline for submitting motions has passed, and those we have received will be addressed during the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you can have someone else represent you by providing a written, signed proxy.
Notice and annual report
A notice is posted in each stairwell, and you will soon receive a separate notice in your mailbox. The annual report, as well as the agenda with the items that will be addressed at the meeting, including any motions, will be available for download on this page.
During the meeting, sandwiches, coffee, and tea will be served, providing an excellent opportunity to get to know your neighbors and board members better.
